Sponsorship opportunities

As a non-profit (501c3) organization, ArtesMiami depends on the tax-deductible contributions of individuals, organizations and foundations in order to fulfill its mission.

There are many ways in which you can support ArtesMiami, Inc., for as little as $30 per year.

Benefactor of the EDITORIAL ARTESMIAMI Publications - $2,500 per book

An opportunity to sponsor the publication of a poetry book by a local writer or writers and to be recognized in the book, published by E EDITORIAL ARTESMIAMI, the ArtesMiami publishing division.
Benefits include recognition of the Benefactor after the book's title.
Logo and name will be displayed prominently in all promotional and press materials, including an announcement of your sponsorship in 3,000 emails to prominent South Florida leaders.
Mention of brand/company or individual as Presenting Sponsor in news releases in English and Spanish and distribution of this release to dozens of leading South Florida media outlets.
Benefactor may display signage at launch event to present the book.
Twenty complimentary books (a value of $300).

(In 2011-2012 EDITORIAL ARTESMIAMI will publish books in Spanish and English.)

Poesía Gourmet. Poetry and Gourmet Events - $1,200 per event

An opportunity to invite and present your brand/product to the most upscale and influential South Florida leaders, who will come to hear the best local poets reading from their work and network with other leaders at gourmet lunches or dinners.
ArtesMiami will select the VIPs to be invited from our proprietary database of 3,000 names, working in coordination with the sponsor.
Each event will cost ArtesMiami at least $55 per person for a gourmet three-course lunch or dinner (plus tax and tip and the cost of one EDITORIAL ARTESMIAMI book). Since the events are free to the guests, we expect that they will be attended. Each VIP will also receive a copy of EDITORIAL ARTESMIAMI's latest poetry book, as well as a reading and discussion with the author/s.
Benefits include: mention of the sponsor in a customized news release in English and Spanish and distribution of this release to dozens of leading journalists in South Florida; introduction of the sponsor at the event, and an invitation to cultural events and receptions sponsored by ArtesMiami, Inc.

The Traveling Poet Program-Poetry Readings and Presentations to local students - $600 per event

An opportunity to sponsor presentations by local poets at Miami Dade and Broward public schools as well as at private schools and universities. A local poet will read his/her poetry and will discuss poetry as a way to express feelings in a positive manner. Students will be asked to write a poem, and some will read it to the entire class. The Traveling Poet has already visited some schools. More visits will take place in 2011-12, in Spanish and English. Each school will receive a donation of $200, for the purchase of poetry books and other educational materials. The poet will be paid $400 per each day of presentations.
Benefits include: recognition of sponsor in news releases in English and Spanish; recognition of sponsor at the presentation; and recognition of sponsor in the website.
Sponsors will also be invited to private receptions and cultural events sponsored by ArtesMiami, Inc. and will be introduced at these events.

ArtesMiami Founders - $100 per person

Benefits include:

Invitation to at least one social event or reception sponsored by Artes Miami, Inc. each year.
Invitation to at least one VIP cocktail receptions sponsored by other cultural organizations.
Inclusion of Founders' names in one news release or promotional email prepared and distributed by Artes Miami, Inc.
A gift of one book published by EDITORIAL ARTESMIAMI.
Invitation to at least one cultural event sponsored by Artes Miami, Inc.

ArtesMiami Membership – $30 per person
